Mark A. Wattley serves as Walgreens divisional vice president, Human Resources, Health Divisions. He oversees all human resources functions for the Walgreens Health Services and the Health and Wellness divisions.

In his previous role he served as vice president and legal counsel for Human Resources where he had oversight for all human resources functions for the division. Wattley also served as senior attorney for the Walgreen Co. Employee Relations Department. He joined the company in 1998. Wattley also has served as a labor and litigation attorney with the Chicago Board of Education, regional attorney with the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights and a labor associate with Vedder, Price, Kaufman & Kammholz.

Wattley received a bachelor's degree in English from DePaul University and a juris doctorate from Notre Dame Law School.
