Joel Baise serves as Corporate Manager, Government Affairs. In this position, Baise is responsible for governmental affairs issues impacting the division on both the state and federal level.

Upon joining the Company in 2007, Baise worked in the area of state government relations for Walgreen Co. In this role, Baise represented Walgreens before state governments in key states such as Arizona, Louisiana and Texas before moving to his current position. Prior to joining the Company Baise was an attorney for House Republican Leader Tom Cross in the Illinois General Assembly. Baise advised Republican members of the Illinois House of Representative as well as staffed the Judiciary and Insurance Committees.

Baise sits on the board of directors for the American Association for Homecare and is a member of both the Chicago and Illinois Bar Associations. He has a bachelor of arts degree and his juris doctorate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
