Pharmacy operations

• Walgreens.com lets patients order prescription refills, look up drug information, order over-the-counter products and more
• Retail prescription labels and instructions are available in large print or in one of 14 languages
• Multilingual counseling allows patients who speak limited English to speak to a pharmacist by phone in their native language, helping ensure accurate and effective communication
