Walgreens Mail Service Pharmacy’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is as important to us as it is to our clients. The survey helps ensure that we understand the needs and expectations of our customers. According to our 2006 survey results, Walgreens Mail Service continues to provide a high level of service with 95 percent of respondents rating Overall Satisfaction 'good' to 'excellent'. In addition 94 percent of respondents rated our Customer Care Centers 'good' to 'excellent'.
