Walgreens Customer Care Centers
Walgreens Customer Care Centers are committed to providing excellent customer care, as well as accurate and timely information to each member. Our Customer Care Center representatives are readily available to take your members’ calls, answer their questions, and provide assistance and support. Members may call us toll free, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (EST), and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST). Eighty percent of customer inquiries are answered within 20 seconds. We have TTY access for your members with speech or hearing difficulties. In addition, we have multilingual translation services available in 150 languages.
