Immunization services for your members
PrintEach year, Walgreens pharmacies throughout the United States offer flu and pneumonia immunization to help prevent the spread of and overall complications from flu and pneumonia. This year, we have expanded to more than 7,000 Walgreens locations, including Take Care Clinics, with immunizations available throughout the flu season.

In addition to flu and pneumonia immunizations, a growing number of Walgreens stores now offer vaccines, including some of the following, through our immunization centers:
- international travel
- hepatitis A & B
- shingles
- varicella (chickenpox)
Administered by immunization certified pharmacists, the vaccinations are another service we can offer our patients to help ensure their long-term health. Vaccines also help reduce healthcare spend for both you and your members by preventing disease contraction in advance.
