How do I begin using Walgreens Mail Service?

Your first step is to register with Walgreens Mail Service. For the greatest convenience, register through our web site; once we’ve validated your registration, you will have access to your prescription records, alerts about the status of your orders and more through the web site.

Please establish a separate online account for each eligible family member.

The information you provide is kept confidential and secure in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable state privacy laws.

If you do not wish to register online, you can also mail in the registration form included with your enrollment packet.

How do I choose a user name and password for my online account?

Choose log-in information that will be easy for you to remember. All user names and passwords must be:

  • Between 6 and 15 characters
  • A combination of letters and numbers

For security purposes, each member's user name must be unique. However, family members can share a password if desired.

I forgot my user name and/or password. How can I log in to my account?

We can help you retrieve your user name or reset your password through the web site.

As a security measure, we'll ask you to answer one or more security questions to prove your identity and regain access to your account. If you cannot remember the answer to your security question or you are still experiencing issues, contact Walgreens Customer Care.

How do I update my personal information?

If your name has changed, please contact Walgreens Customer Care. You can update other information, including your address, through your online account or by updating your information on your order form.

Why can't I see my spouse's or my child's information through my online account?

Because we value your security, our system identifies registered members by a unique prescription profile and stores each person's prescription medication history in his or her own secure account. While you cannot view personal or prescription information for other covered family members, you can place refill orders for family members through your account: Simply type in the prescription number when prompted.
