To ensure your patient begins therapy on time, our dedicated intake team will:

• Verify your patient's insurance requirements
• Coordinate prior authorizations (as insurance coverage allows)
• Facilitate access to patient financial assistance resources
• Notify your office when medications are received by your patient

To support adherence, our clinical program provides:

• Education on how and when to take medications
• Counseling for side effects conducted by an OCN-certified nurse
• Monthly calls on readiness to continue therapy
• Pharmacist-recommended interventions communicated to your office
