We know that the start of therapy on Nexavar®, Sutent® and Tarceva® can be difficult for your patients.

Because these highly toxic medications have an associated risk of nonadherence, we provide enhanced communication with you and your patients to closely monitor therapy responses through our Cycle Management program.

Our program provides:

• Timely feedback to your office on any adverse drug events
• A telephone call to your patient to explain the drug regimen, potential side effects and to assess the patient's readiness to begin therapy
• The use of medication-specific clinical protocols and a proprietary assessment tool to monitor patient therapy responses and adherence levels by day 12 of treatment
• A comprehensive patient adherence profile (sent to you 20 days after the start of therapy) detailing doses taken, dosing changes, side effects experienced and pharmacist-recommended interventions
