Topics are presented monthly and each step requires two hours to complete:

Step 1: "Program Orientation and Demystifying Infertility"
Step 2: "Infertility: Diagnostics to Treatment"
Step 3: "Infertility Evaluation"
Step 4: "Infertility Medications: Uses and Mechanisms of Action"
Step 5: "Advanced Female Reproduction"
Step 6: "Polycystic Ovary Syndrome"
Step 7: "Male Infertility"
Step 8: "Preconception Health Enhancement"
Step 9: "Ovarian Hyperstimulation syndrome
Step 10: "Program Overview"

CLASS Program: (Comprehensive Learning for Ancillary Staff Success)

This half-day program was designed specifically for nonclinical staff. Through education on the basics of infertility, infertility medication, third-party reproduction, and on conditions such as Polycystic ovary and Ovarian hyperstimulation syndromes, your ancillary staff will be better prepared to assist your patients and communicate with insurance companies, laboratories and pharmacy personnel.

Nursing Forum: INSPIRE (Individually Nurses Support People in Remarkable Ways Every Day)

Being a fertility nurse means more than giving injections and taking blood pressure. It means working with patients every day to guide them toward wellness-not always an easy task. INSPIRE is designed to help you to recharge and stay motivated while helping colleagues to do the same. The program will help you remember why you became a nurse.

Walgreens offers educational programs and services to assist you in helping your patients deal with their fertility treatments.

Patient education CD

This CD addresses the educational aspects of infertility along with injection training. The "Demystifying Infertility" portion of the CD provides patients with information on fundamentals, diagnostic testing, treatment options, medications and other fertility-related issues. Instructions for medication-specific administration and for pen injection devices are included.

Community awareness programs

These programs, designed to educate the patient/clinical community regarding reproductive health issues, can be presented by our clinical experts or we can help you to present these programs in your region.

Patient Teaching Tools

Learning material, in an easy-to-use one-page tear off-pad format, help patients understand anatomy, acronyms and much more.
