At Village Medical, your relationship with your primary care provider is the foundation to your health. Our doctors and staff partner with you to understand your needs, and work together to focus not just on treatment, but also education and preventative care. Walgreens and VillageMD are increasing access to primary care and simplifying the healthcare experience by coordinating primary care and pharmacy services in neighborhood locations across the country.

In a Walgreens store, at home, or virtually, we’re making access to preventive care and health advice more convenient for you. Members of participating health plans can easily access recommended routine health screenings like blood sugar and BMI and dedicated support in-store or via our app. Our Health Advisors are ready to help with everything from healthly lifestyle advice like nutrition and exercise to education about common health concerns.

Through our personalized coaching program, our health coaches provide you with thoughtful guidance in the areas of sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mental health. You are paired with a trained non-clinical health professional who provides empathetic, personalized support to help set and achieve your goals over a 12-week program and beyond. 

Walgreens Health provides highly personalized and focused specialty care to help manage your chronic conditions over time. Your team of care advocates, pharmacists and physicians provides tailored support to better address your health needs along your care journey.

As you transition from hospital to home, CareCentrix ensures you have the home care you need, delivered by trained network providers. Our personalized programs help meet your unique health needs conveniently at home.
